Domaine de Fully
Granite-driven whites on the steep terraces above the Rhône. Horse-ploughed, hand-picked, fermented with native yeast.

We import natural and biodynamic wine from small Swiss growers into the Baltics and the United Kingdom — for restaurants, wine bars, and bottle shops who care where it came from.

Every grower in our book farms organically at minimum. Most are certified Demeter or Bio Suisse. In the cellar: native yeast, no additions, minimal or zero sulphur — the way wine has been made for most of its history.

We work in single-domaine pallets, never through middlemen. You get traceability back to the parcel, fair pricing for the grower, and stories you can tell on the floor of your restaurant.

Bonded warehouses in Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius and London. EUR or GBP invoicing. Tax and customs handled. Delivery in seven to ten days from order confirmation.

Six generations on UNESCO terraces above Lac Léman. Skin-contact Chasselas and zero-sulphur reds aged in old foudres.

Family domaine in Switzerland's largest wine commune. Field blends, long élevage, no fining or filtration.

South-facing slopes a stone's throw from Italy. Whole-cluster Merlot in concrete egg, plus an unusual orange Sauvignon.

Limestone Pinot from the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Whole-bunch ferments, neutral oak, bottled by gravity.

Alpine Pinot and the rare native Completer grape, farmed at 600m. Long, cold ferments and a deep love of Riesling-Sylvaner.
